We specialise in managing all aspects of the mineral exploration cycle, including corporate advisory, project assessments, exploration, resource drill-out and evaluations, and resource modelling. We are looking for a Casual Junior Geologist to join our team and contribute to interesting and rewarding projects. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on individual performance and operational requirements.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Geologist with at least 2 years of industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will assist in a variety of geological activities, including exploration, resource evaluation, and field data collection. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals and further develop your career in geological exploration.

A significant portion of the role will be field based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with geological exploration tasks, including fieldwork, core logging, and geochemical sampling.
• Conduct geological mapping and analysis, both in the field and office.
• Collect and interpret geological and geochemical data to support resource evaluation.
• Provide technical input and support for project assessments on both new and ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on geological findings.
• Work alongside senior geologists on exploration programs and resource development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the geological exploration industry.
• Hands-on experience with geological mapping, logging, and sampling.
• Proficient with geological software (e.g., GIS, MapInfo, Leapfrog, Micromine or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to undertake fieldwork in remote locations and challenging environments.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Field Assistants to support our exploration drilling campaigns in remote areas of Western Australia. This is a hands-on position where you will work directly with drill rigs to help with sample collection and processing, conduct soil sampling, and provide logistical support at exploration camps.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with campaign-style drilling operations, including AC, RC and diamond drilling.
• Support soil sampling efforts, ensuring accurate and precise collection of samples while safely operating quad bikes.
• Contribute to daily operations in remote exploration camps, including site setup and maintenance.
• Work closely with the team to ensure safety protocols are adhered to and all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Travel to multiple exploration sites within WA, with the potential for future interstate travel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field-based exploration role.
• Ability to work in remote environments and adapt to the challenges of field life.
• A valid C Class manual driver’s licence.
• A current First Aid Certificate.
• Confident working in exploration camps and contributing to team tasks.
• A solid commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
