Nicks operational service included deployments throughout the Middle East and South East Asia including Iraq, Afghanistan and East Timor.
Since leaving the army, Nick has established two companies as a founding Director, The Mill Gym and Omni GeoX. Throughout these endeavours Nick has provided risk management, leadership and elite level performance consulting in austere environments globally, including multi-national corporations, government and non-government organisations.
Nick’s charter is to build real world resilience amongst individuals and a no compromise culture for excellence.

Peter Langworthy is an accomplished geologist and mining executive with a career spanning more than 37 years in mineral exploration and project development in Australia and internationally.
His industry experience includes senior management roles with WMC Resources Limited, PacMin Mining Limited and Jubilee Mines NL, where he led the exploration team that was responsible for several major discoveries which led to its eventual $3.3 billion acquisition by Xstrata.
He previously held directorships with:

- Northern Star Resources Limited

- Falcon Minerals Limited
- Syndicated Metals Limited

Director / Senior Exploration Geologist

Michael Martin has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of resource projects through Australia.
Mr Martin has held senior positions at numerous companies including Jubilee Mines and Capricorn Metals
He specialises in:
- Project Management covering grassroots exploration, resource evaluation, resource modelling, project evaluation and Independent Geologist Reports,
- Exploration resource development and resource estimation,
- His area of expertise is in multi-commodity-Gold, Nickel, Copper, Lead and Zinc
Mr Martin graduated from the University of Ballarat with an Honours Degree in Geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).
Stuart Kerr
Exploration Manager

Stuart is a highly accomplished exploration geologist with 17 years of experience from greenfield exploration through to resource development and mining.
Stuart specialises in:
- Uranium
- Lithium
- Caesium
- Tantalum, and
- more recently, rare earth elements.
Stuart has held several Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager positions with a successful track record and discovery of economic mineral deposits.
Career highlights include time at Pioneer Resources and the discovery, resource development and mining of the Sinclair Caesium Deposit (10,500t at 17.1% Cs2O), hosting the very rare mineral pollucite ~ one of only three caesium mines worldwide.
He also led the exploration and discovery of the Dome North Lithium (spodumene) Deposits (Cade, Davy, and Heller) totalling 11.2Mt at 1.21% Li2O (2020).
Prior to OMNI GeoX, Stuart has worked on Projects across Australia (QLD, NT, WA) and Africa for Summit Resources, Paladin Energy, Energy Metals, Pioneer Resources and Essential Metals (formerly Pioneer).

Alex Crane-Russell
Exploration Geologist
B.Sc. Geology (Hons), M.Sc. Mining Geology, MCSM
Alex is an exploration geologist who has worked in gold, base metals and critical mineral exploration in Australia and overseas.
His most recent experience includes project management of Strickland Metals Ltd base metals exploration at their Yandal project.
Alex has been involved in graphite, lead-zinc MVT, and Cu-Zn VMS exploration across Western Australia, as well as structurally complex tungsten resource development internationally.
Alex provides consulting support in:
- Planning and supervision of exploration and resources development drilling programs (gold, Pb-Zi, graphite),
- Targeting and program development,
- Project Management – data management, assessment, targeting, program design, budgets and forecasts, reporting, corporate governance,
- Project Administration – statutory requirements (client liaison),
- Supervising and training GeoX personnel.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Master of Science degree from Camborne School of Mines.
Neal Boyle
Exploration Geologist
B.A (Mod), (Science Degree majoring in Geology)
Neal is a geologist with experience in the exploration industry, mostly working on Strickland Metals gold exploration project – Millrose.
He provides specialist geological support ranging from resource evaluation, drilling programs, supervision of geological sampling programs and evaluation of remote greenfields projects.
Neal possesses a keen interest to develop expertise in his field of work, such as the targeting and development of exploration programs and believes every day is a learning day.
He graduated through Ireland’s top university – Trinity College, Dublin, which had an integral focus on various aspects of field work and mapping projects. This included a 6-week mapping project of the Cantabrian Orocline in Northern Spain as part of his undergraduate thesis.
Jay Ward
Exploration Consultant

Jay is an Exploration Consultant with experience in multi-commodity greenfields and brownfields mineral exploration, and resource development across Australia and internationally, specialising in gold, base metals and critical elements.
Jay provides exploration support for:
- Project Management – data management, assessment, targeting, program design and development, budgets and forecasts, reporting, corporate governance.
- Project Administration – statutory requirements (client liaison).
- Business Development – sourcing and assessment of new business opportunities either for consulting work or direct investment.
- Development and maintenance of the Companies Management Systems (Health and Safety, Environment, Community, Technical).
- Supervising and training GeoX personnel.
- Project Evaluation.
- Resource Evaluation.
- Remote area operations – geochemistry and geological support.
His industry experience includes the management of orogenic gold resource development for Strickland Metals Ltd at their Yandal Project, as well as advancing their greenfields exploration for base metals and critical elements.
Jay holds a Master of Science (Hons) Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London.
Oisín Coffey

Oisín is an experienced geologist with broad experience in brownfields and greenfields exploration and management in Western Australia and overseas.
He specialises in:
- Poly-metallic magmatic ore deposits, nickel-copper orthomagmatic systems and lithium pegmatites.
- Project Management – data management, assessment, targeting, program design, budgets and forecasts, reporting, corporate governance.
- Project Administration – statutory requirements (client liaison)
- Business Development – sourcing and assessment of new business opportunities either for consulting work or direct investment.

Jasmine Hedra Crocker
Exploration Geologist

Prior to working in WA, Jasmine was employed by an AI-enabled technology platform building a database of global mining projects. Jasmine’s most recent client is Mt Ridley Mines on their Rare Earth Elements project near Esperance, but has also worked for Gold, Nickel, and Graphite exploration companies.
Jasmine specialises in:
- Supervision of exploration and resources development drilling programs (Ni, Graphite, REE),
- Rig supervision; H&S, sampling, logging.
- Data management alongside QA/QC,
- Geochemical sampling,
- Project Administration – statutory requirements (client liaison),
- On-site management and supervision of field personnel,
Jasmine holds a Master or Science (Honours) in Geology from The Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London.
Jordan Griffiths
Exploration Geologist
B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc.(Hons) ARSM Geology
Jordan is an experienced geologist with robust skills in both academic research and practical applications in the mining industry. Having worked in Africa, Australia, and Europe, he is adept at handling complex projects, from greenfields reconnaissance mapping through to feasibility studies, with a focus on data management, compliant with the JORC code.
He specialises in:
- Development of critical mineral resources from regional desktop studies through to resource modelling and feasibility studies.
- Project Management – Development and implementation of exploration workflows, safety protocols, and geological targeting.
- Technical Expertise – Drill program design, GIS database integration, geological mapping, and training.
- Business Development – Desktop studies for international mining prospects, investor network relations and corporate development.
His recent industry experience includes the management of hydrothermal and unconformity related rare earth element targets and mining operations, as the Senior Geologist for Northern Minerals.
Jordan holds a Master of Science (Honours) degree in Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London.
Samuel Drew
Exploration Geologist
B.Sc. (Geology), M.Sc. Master of Earth Sciences (Geology)
He joined off the back of a tertiary education at University of Melbourne, and has worked for clients such as Gateway Mining Ltd, Strickland Metals Ltd, ANCO, and Geoscience Australia.
Sam has experience working at several gold projects and a nickel project in WA, as well as part of the National Drilling Initiative south of Broken Hill, NSW.
Sam holds a B.SC (Geology) and a Masters of Science (Geology) from the University of Melbourne.
Hugo Merison
Exploration Geologist

Hugo has had 3 years’ experience as an Engineering Geologist back in the UK before travelling across to Australia to pursue a career in Exploration Geology.
So far, Hugo has worked in Nickel, Graphite and Rare Earths exploration across WA. His most recent client was International Graphite, on the Springdale Graphite project down in Hopetoun where over 14,000m were drilled.
Hugo specialises in:
- Planning and supervision of exploration and resources development drilling programs (Ni, Graphite, REE),
- Rig supervision; H&S, sampling, logging,
- Geochemical sampling,
- Data management alongside QA/QC,
- Project Administration – statutory requirements (client liaison),
- Supervising and training OMNI GeoX personnel.
Hugo holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Bristol.
Ian Turton
Operations Manager

Ian has almost 30 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry, working for companies including Forrestania Gold, Lion Ore, Jubilee Mines and Xstrata.
As Operations Manager he has been involved in a diverse range of projects across Australia, overseeing logistics, HSE and general day to day operations.
Ian provides detailed support for all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Community management.
He specialises in:

- Contract Management,
- Program Planning (Risk Management)
- Field work support including;
- Reconnaissance exploration
- Mapping

Ian holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
Jeff Pidhirnyj
Projects Coordinator
B.A. (Science Education), Dip Project Management AIM, PESA
Joining oil fields giant Schlumberger’s graduate program, he went on to lead Time and Depth Imaging teams, specialising in offshore marine 2D and 3D seismic survey acquisition and processing with companies including CGG, Fugro Seismic Imaging and Down Under Geophysical.
Jeff brings both his geoscience knowledge and years of experience successfully managing complex, time critical, seismic projects for Oil & Gas majors to his role coordinating and managing Omni’s diverse range of projects.
Jeff provides support and coordination for all aspects of Omni GeoX’s operations including:
- Project management / administration including.
- Regulatory requirements, reporting and submissions,
- Personnel management, rostering and travel,
- Financial administration,
- Logistics planning,
- Health, Safety, Environment and Community management,

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Science Education from ECU Perth and a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of management.
David Murphy
Community Relations
He has worked for a broad spectrum of companies ranging from major resource houses to single project start-up companies.
During this time David has lived and worked in numerous regional locations including Leinster, Kalgoorlie, Kambalda, Paraburdoo, Broome, Kununurra and Darwin where he has been extensively involved in all aspects of these communities.
David comes with a strong background in human and employee relations and now specialises in all aspects of community-stakeholder liaison, and has a proven track record of creating access and operational frameworks that have been effective, amicable and long lasting.
Lisa Tornatora
Human Resources
She oversees and evaluates human resource management strategies and policies, including programs and processes designed to improve employee welfare.
Lisa manages recruiting and the training of new and existing employees, maintains vital employee records, and ensures the smooth operation of the HR department at OMNI.
An important aspect of her role is to set up performance management systems to help review individual and team performance.
Lisa also acts as the liaison between the Company and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
